Yoga Pose Video Tutorial for Full Wheel Pose

In Wheel Pose, both your lower and upper body should be working equally. The goal is to create an even arch through your spine, and often times yoga students forget to push into their feet to activate their legs. There are several ways to come into Full Wheel Pose. We’ve described one version under the “Getting Started” tab. This version is another entryway into the yoga pose. As always, find the version that best suits your body and abilities.
This is a very deep backbend, so it is important to warm up and prepare your body for this yoga posture prior to attempting it.
